Desktops units come with keyboard, mouse and power cord, laptops include AC adapter, unless otherwise specified. All units have a fresh install of OS X appropriate to the system's release, system disks are not included nor will any additional software be installed.

There is a 30 day warranty on all system hardware and functionality. If an issue arises or not completely satisfied a replacement will be sent out upon availability or a refund (minus shipping costs) will be given once the unit is returned.

For all other payment methods please call and make arrangements with sales represetative.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days via FedEx. If a different service is preffered please specify upon placing the order. Rates and delivery may vary depending on order and location.

Once the order is shipped a tracking number is emailed to you. Status information may not always update immediately, please allow 24 hours for information to update. For any further inquires please feel free to give us a call, we will be glad to answer your questions.

Yes, local pick ups can be arranged. Please note sales tax will apply to all North Carolina sales.

No infomation will be shared, sold, or used outside of Mac in the Box.
